Ah-Je-Tah & How to Beat it.

There is something remarkable about being in and around nature that can transform a thought, a moment, a day, a week, a year, or even a life.

One of the greatest sources of "agita" (


), to use a wonderful word describing anxious restlessness, I feel from time to time, is being far too connected to the device-driven digital world.


Getting out into nature is my go to counter-balance as it creates space to relax. In winter-time it's especially easy to stay curled up on the couch when it's cold, and damp outside. But make the effort as often as you can, there really is treasure to be found out and about in the woods, shorelines, riverbanks, and hills just on your doorstep.
