He has published three books, including So You're A Vet... Now What? He hosts the Blunt Dissection and Veterinary Leadership Success Podcasts and is a motivational speaker, winning VMX Speaker of the Year in 2019 and again in 2024. He has published a chapter on Leadership in Veterinary Clinics of North America - March 2024.
