With both our teams and clients feeling the pressures and uncertainties due to COVID-19, frustration can quickly lead to anger. Some veterinarians may have been on the receiving end of some pretty angry clients and may be left feeling hurt. But it's important to remember that this is not because these clients are bad people - they are just scared and need to be listened to.
