Clients have been getting a lot of bad press in the veterinary media recently with a British Veterinary Association (BVA) report revealing that 80% of UK vets have felt intimidated by client behaviour.

Having been a frontline vet for 20 years, Dr Dave is not unfamiliar with the odd rogue clients.
