This Policy applies as between you, the User of this Web Site and Tenex Management Services Ltd, the owner and provider of this Web Site. This Policy applies to our use of any and all Data collected by us in relation to your use of the Web Site and any Services or Systems therein.

3.15 Any personal Data you submit will be retained by Tenex Management Services Ltd for as long as you use the Services and Systems provided on the Web Site. Data that you may submit through any communications System that we may provide may be retained for a longer period of up to 5 years.

 

3.16 Unless we are obliged or permitted by law to do so, and subject to Clause 4, your Data will not be disclosed to third parties. This does not include our affiliates and / or other companies within our group.

Tenex Management Services Ltd may, from time to time, employ the services of other parties for dealing with matters that may include, but are not limited to, payment handling, delivery of purchased items, search engine facilities, advertising and marketing. The providers of such services do have access to certain personal Data provided by Users of this Web Site. Any Data used by such parties is used only to the extent required by them to perform the services that Tenex Management Services Ltd requests. Any use for other purposes is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, any Data that is processed by third parties must be processed within the terms of this Policy and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

 

 

5. CHANGES OF BUSINESS OWNERSHIP AND CONTROL

 

5.19 Tenex Management Services Ltd may, from time to time, expand or reduce its business and this may involve the sale of certain divisions or the transfer of control of certain divisions to other parties. Data provided by Users will, where it is relevant to any division so transferred, be transferred along with that division and the new owner or newly controlling party will, under the terms of this Policy, be permitted to use the Data for the purposes for which it was supplied by you.

 

5.20 In the event that any Data submitted by Users will be transferred in such a manner, you will not be contacted in advance and informed of the changes.

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
 

Carrier

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

Royal Mail - second class postal delivery
 

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. In most cases, this is not provided.

 

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. 

 

UK Shipping £2/book.

USA & rest of world £8/book.

The standard shipping times vary from area to area but books are shipped at the lowest cost to you possible.

 

UK - Up to 7 business days.

EU - Up to 14 business days.

USA & rest of world - 6-12 weeks.

 

Often parcels arrive much faster, but there are the timescales given by the Royal Mail. 
 

Back Orders 

If an item goes on backorder we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. 
 

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
 

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original, unused/unread condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. 
 

1. Please email hello@drdavenicol.com to request a refund explaining your reasons for doing so.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. 

 

Return Exceptions

Books that are used, damaged or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. 

 

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. 
 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on books unless they are received damaged.
 

Privacy Policy

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy SERIOUSLY and will take all measures to protect your personal information. 

 

What Information Do We Collect?

We only collect information that we need that is related to your order. This includes your:

Billing Address

Shipping Address

Email Address 

Credit Card Information 
 

In addition, we also collect information on your IP address, browser type, and Refer URL data. We use this data to prevent hacking attempts, help us know what web browsers people are using, and find out where our visitors are coming from so that we can improve our marketing. We use Infusionsoft Payments as our 3rd party credit card partner. 
 

How Is My Information Used?

Your information is only used to fill your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to ANYONE.
 

Security and Storage

Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your Credit Card data. 
 

Cookies and Browser Information 

Cookies are small files that reside on your computer and allow us to recognize you on your next visit or store your shopping cart contents. We use them only to track this information.
